Dr Chan Abraham, Group Chief Executive of Luminus and President of Leadership International, has launched a second inspirational book entitled “Further Thoughts & Reflections on The Road to Renewal: A Year of Reinforcing Priorities & Goals", with all proceeds being donated to Macmillan and Huntingdon Community Cancer Network.

The book follows the success of Dr Abraham’s first book “Thoughts & Reflections on The Road to Renewal”, which is filled with motivational quotes and maxims that have been foundational to Dr Abraham’s award-winning leadership style and the way he has shaped the values and business practices of Luminus, and raised over £300 to support the great work of Macmillan.

The latest book, advertised as “A book of sayings for anyone who wants to live with hope”, Further Thoughts & Reflections on The Road to Renewal is filled with inspiring scenes of natural beauty for each month of the year, and takes the reader on a journey of personal reflection and positive change, giving the reader the opportunity to bring focus and direction to their life.

The book is intended to encourage a positive outlook on life and reflects some of the annual themes from Dr Abraham’s 2020 Vision: The Road to Renewal, which focuses on “changing the world where we are” through first transforming the way we think. This approach has been integral to Luminus as an organisation, leading to excellent customer and employee satisfaction year on year and an overwhelming number of business awards.

In introducing the book, Dr Abraham writes:

“My passion is to see people liberated from the mediocrity of popular culture, with its pervading cynicism.  I have chosen scenes of natural beauty throughout the year and hope to take readers on a journey of personal reflection, to encourage others to lead a happier and more inspired way of life with greater focus and direction.”

Further Thoughts & Reflections on The Road to Renewal: A Year of Reinforcing Priorities and Goals  will be retailing at £5.99, and is now available for purchase.
