Our primary objective: to deliver and manage affordable homes within thriving communities.

To achieve this objective, and as a not-for-profit social enterprise, we reinvest all cash surpluses back into the business and into growing communities in our core Cambridgeshire region.

We carry out a wide range of activities, encompassing:  business services, consultancy, construction, development and maintenance services, organisational and management development.

Since our inception, we have carefully developed a business model that is built upon cooperation, understanding and a celebratory approach to life and work.
