While Luminus and you, as our tenant, have legal rights and responsibilities, we go beyond that. We want to make sure that we know everything we need to about you (and anyone living with you) so that we give you the best possible service. We also want you to be as involved as you want to be in the way we look after your home and neighbourhood. We believe your local community is important and want people to be actively involved in looking after it, so we can all help each other lead happy and contented lives.
