With energy bills rising and many people struggling to pay their household bills, we are running a campaign to end fuel poverty.

We launched our Energy Champions scheme in 2012, equipping residents wiith the tools and knowledge to make simple lifestyle changes to save energy and reduce their bills. The scheme has since received public recognition, winning and being shortlisted for "best green scheme" awards locally and nationally.

The training consists of an hour of practical advice on:

• Saving energy in the home
• Using heating and hot water appliances efficiently
• Understanding gas and electricity bills
• Finding the best energy deal
• Sourcing available grants
