The Tenant Services Consultative Forum (TSCF) is a group of tenants who report directly to the Luminus Non-Executive Board.

The Forum is made up of a minimum of 15 tenants members.  Five are Tenant Board Members and the rest of the group is made up of representatives from the Oak Foundation Forum, a leaseholder and nominated members from groups within the Resident Involvement Framework, eg the Scrutiny Panel.  The Forum is also available to representative members of recognised residents groups within the District.

The Tenant Services Consultative Forum meet quarterly with members of the Luminus Executive Board.  The purpose of these meetings is to consult with our tenants on new services and proposed changes to existing services, looking at target setting, performance reporting and also providing them with feedback from all areas of our Resident Involvement Framework.
