Luminus has a multi-tenure development programme to deliver over one hundred new properties each year.

We look to our development partners to identify and contract with tried and trusted developers.  These partners bring forward new land for development, work with us through the planning process, and project manage the construction to the appropriate standard - providing us with much needed affordable homes.  

In 2013-14, Luminus successfully developed 154 homes across Cambridgeshire. New homes are planned for Huntingdon, Kimbolton, Broughton, St Neots and Cambridge. See our list of new developments.
