Nigel Finney has worked in social housing since 1987. He started his career in a local authority and has since worked for a variety of RSLs. He is responsible for the full range of Luminus Group's frontline housing operations.

These include neighbourhood services, tackling anti social behaviour and promoting community safety, housing and services for elders, housing repairs, improvements and planned maintenance, support for vulnerable people, community development and tenant involvement.
