Julia Prichard joined Luminus in 2007 as the Neighbourhood Warden Manager, in 2010 Julia became the Interim Operations Manager to include HOPE Social Enterprises, became Head of Homes and Neighbourhood Operations in 2012 and Executive Head of Neighbourhood Operations in January 2014.

Julia came to join us from a background in the Criminal Justice System where she worked for the National Probation Service for six years in various roles, the most recent being where she was responsible for Employment Training and Education for offenders in Cambridgeshire

Julia’s responsibilities include: Environmental Support Team, Neighbourhood Wardens, Neighbourhood Officers, Anti Social Behaviour Team, HOPE Social Enterprises, Retail, Cleaning and Grounds Operations, Tenancy Support and Older People Services, Sheltered Schemes and the management of our developments outside of Huntingdonshire.
