Andy Chapman is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has extensive financial and audit experience gained over 30 years in the commercial and non-profit sectors, half of which have been in housing associations.

He has held roles as Director of Finance and then Director of Asset Management Services and has also acquired extensive experience working alongside developers and funders.
